Without going into specifics, the case was complicated and although the courts did not agree with our position, Sarah clearly demonstrated that Chase violated several California civil statutes and the Home Owners Bill Of Rights. Because of the complicated issues, we had a magnitude of questions. Sarah was always timely, in her response and patiently provided the needed explanations and answers.
